Functions
We have two function spaces at The London Hotel, The Upstairs Bar and The Upstairs Lounge. We also offer a function food & beverage offering.
The Upstairs Bar accommodates approx. 60 people, seating for approx. 38 people and standing for approx. 25-30 people. There is a fully serviced bar, and two large screen TVs.
The Upstairs Lounge accommodates approx. 65 people, seating for approx. 40 people and standing for approx. 25-30 people.
Combined both rooms will accommodate approx. 120 people both seated and standing.
Please find the canapé menu below. This menu is priced per-person and has a mix of hot and cold canapés, as well has a selection of hot finger food and desserts to choose from. Our head chef is readily available to discuss any dietary requirements you may have.
Below is also out current wine list. We can run a bar tab for you on the night if you would like. Typically, bar tabs will include wine/sparkling by the glass, draught beer and soft drinks, you do have the option of extending the tab to include bottle beer, spirits and cocktails.

FAQ
Is there a room hire fee
If you decide to book one / both rooms and didn’t want to order from our canapé menu there is a $500 per-room hire charge.
Alternatively, if you would like to book a room and order canapés, we do not charge for room hire. Both options include staff to exclusively run the evening for you. If you would like to proceed with the canapé option, our minimum order is for 30 people. We will require your final numbers and menu choices one week prior to your function.
Are the spaces family & pet friendly?
We are a family friendly hotel, minors are welcome to attend, we only ask that they be supervised by a responsible adult. We do advertise as a ‘dog friendly’ hotel, this applies to the main bar and outdoor spaces only, unfortunately it does not apply to our indoor dining areas or to Level 1.
Can you play your own audio & visuals
Should you wish to play any visuals, you will need to provide laptop. You have the option to connect your own music source to our in-house sound system, there is also a microphone should you wish to make any speeches.
